Phase 02
Operator dashboard and session hardening
The platform added the wallet dashboard, rolling access token flow, admin controls, and stronger handoff notes so operators could manage access and billing cleanly.
Phase 03
In-house affiliate pivot
Open Harness removed the active PAP dependency, moved referral logic in-house, added affiliate metrics to the dashboard, and brought commission actions into the admin lane.
Phase 04
Current upgrade wave
The current wave focuses on privacy-first messaging, FAQ/docs expansion, timeline visibility, summary tooling, improved copy actions, setup guidance, and broader product bundling.
Amendment Log
Updated public messaging to emphasize privacy, isolated panel memory, and an anonymity-first operator lane.
Added FAQ and timeline surfaces so product answers and rollout history live inside the public shell.
Expanded setup guidance to make OpenRouter onboarding and harness activation easier for new operators.
